Court Decision is...
...to Be Announced at 2:30pm....
PRAY IT'S A YEAH!
We went to court this morning at 10am (remember, we are 9 hours ahead of you, well most of you) and the judge said that we are to come back at 230pm for her decision. The decision we are after is of course a YES in addition to IMMEDIATE EXECUTION meaning that we will get to go and pick Murat up from the babyhouse and take him back to the apartment until his paperwork is done (about 12 more days in country for Rusty). We are very hopeful that the judge will decide in our favor. Last week, our friends went to court and got the same delayed decision type deal - they came back at 2pm to hear the wonderful news that they were the proud parents of their precious little boy (also a special needs toddler).

So??? We are dying to know!! We are all on the hook here in Karaganda. Maybe we will meet up with Rusty in Almaty!!! I am taking it that you are going home and he is staying right?
